Every decision she made was with our best interests in mind, and she made every conceivable extra effort to make sure our home sale was as successful as possible. Her hard work and attention to detail were unparalleled. Not only did she answer any/all questions that we had throughout the process with complete patience, she ensured that all the preparation went smoothly. If we didn’t have time to find the right mulch or figure out how to get it to the house in time, Michelle was there. If we needed last minute work before the showing to repair the fence, paint a shelf, fix a lightbulb… Michelle was always there! She made sure the house was in its best condition and showed it personally, calling us before we had a chance to wonder how things went. Needless to say, the house sold during the first weekend and went well above what we hoped. Through it all, I consistently felt that we were a team, and that Michelle was ensuring we would succeed. Her work ethic was unmatched, and I am still amazed at how flawlessly Michelle handled the entire process.
Her attentiveness, professionalism and attention to detail were so impressive to us, that a few weeks later we began working with her to buy a new home in the Peninsula. She brought the same energy to the home buying process as the home sale. We relied on her and her extensive network of professionals to understand the disclosures and issues with the homes we were considering. Again, it was clear that her main responsibility was to help and represent us. We were her clear priority. The Peninsula was a very challenging market, but with Michelle’s help I’m now writing this review from our forever home in Mountain View.
